The present petitioners seek directions against the respondent to accept the examination form for the examination to be held in October - 2006. This Court under order dated September 22, 2006 had granted interim order in terms of prayer clause "C". The same reads thus - "C] Pending hearing and final disposal of the writ petition, the impugned order dated 1/4/2006 and order dated 8/5/2006 be stayed

2 wp 6146.06 and this Honourable Court be pleased to direct the Respondents No. 5 to accept the Exam forms submitted by the petitioners and to send the same to the Respondent No. 4."

The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the interim orders. Rule accordingly disposed of. No costs.
