It is contended that applicant is the person from economically weaker section and a certificate in that regard has been placed on record. Applicant prays for dispensing with the directions in respect of deposit of amount.

Considering the contentions raised in the application, we deem it appropriate to grant certain relaxation in payment of amount by applicant. Applicant undertakes to deposit Rs. 5,000/- in this Court within a period of three weeks from today. The amount shall be deposited within the time as agreed. Civil application stands disposed of.
