Today, the office has produced the matter in chamber pointing out the typographical error in the judgment dated 09.04.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.1996 of 2020 with companion matters. It is pointed out that in the said judgment words "Criminal Application No.1047 of 2020" have been wrongly mentioned. It should be "Criminal Writ Petition No.1047 of 2020"

Taking into consideration the same, in the said judgment wherever the words "Criminal Application No.1047 of 2020" are mentioned, the same be replaced with "Criminal Writ Petition No.1047 of 2020". [1]
