This writ petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.1- Collector and the District Magistrate to decide the applications presented by the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks, and it is accordingly directed.
