The Petitioners pray that their application dated 21.03.2022 and 02.05.2022, be considered and a decision be taken on merits.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to deal with the representations of the Petitioners by following the due procedure laid down and in accordance with the provisions of law, within sixty (60) days from the date of appearance.

By consent of the parties, the Petitioners or their representative or their legal representative would remain present before Respondent No.3 on 30.08.2023 at 12.00 noon. Notices are, therefore, dispensed with.

Needless to state, after the conclusion of the proceedings and the order being passed within sixty (60) days from the date of appearance, the decision/response of the authorities would be conveyed to the representative of these Petitioners. 5.

In the event, the Petitioners'
