The petitioner has filed an application on 26.05.2022 addressed to the respondents and has filed this petition within 20 days on 16.06.2022 praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus so as to direct the authorities to exercise jurisdiction duly vested in them by law.

A Writ of Mandamus cannot be issued in such circumstances.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application is already rejected and he desires to withdraw this petition so as to challenge the rejection.
