The petitioner, who is an agriculturist, is aggrieved by an encroachment made by certain agriculturists in the 'Shiv Rasta'. 2.

We are of the view that, a statutory remedy is available to the petitioner by approaching the appropriate authority under Section 5(2) of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906. 3.

With this statutory remedy available, this petition is disposed off. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court, from 16/06/2022, till the passing of this order, would be a good ground for condonation of delay, if any.
