PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 states, on instructions, that the enquiry in respect of the validation proposal, pending with the scrutiny committee, pertaining to the petitioner, has been completed and in all probabilities, the Judgment would be pronounced within a period of two weeks from today. Petitioner is also praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to issue the marks-memo of the final B.Sc. Horticulture examination held in March/April 2016, the

Since the petitioner has completed the course, the respondent No.3 shall not be justified in withholding the documents required by the petitioner for pursuing further studies. In the circumstances, respondent No.3 is directed to issue the final year B.Sc. Horticulture examination marks memo as well as the degree certificate and the required no objection certificate to the petitioner forthwith.
