Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, according to his information during the pendency of this petition for transfer of investigation, the charge-sheet is now filed and investigation is over. Therefore, he does not press this petition at this stage and seeks liberty to file fresh petition for the same relief depending on the material collected in the chargesheet. The petitioner is first informant in the C.R. No.67/2022. Considering this request, following order is passed:

ORDER

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again depending on the material collected in the charge-sheet.

The investigating agency shall hand over copy of charge-sheet to the petitioner.
