Talekar learned counsel fairly submitted that the petitioner approached this Court challenging the order of transfer dated 23.08.2006, thereby transferring the petitioner from Saint Francis De'Sales High School, Aurangabad English medium to Saint Mary's High School Wahegaon, Tal. Gangapur Marathi medium. An interim order was passed by Division Bench by this Court issuing notice on 28.08.2006.

Mr. Ajinkya Kale learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during passage of the time the petitioner stood retired. As such, nothing remains in the petition. The petition has been rendered infructuous now. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel, petition is disposed of accordingly.
