DATE : 01.12.2022 PER COURT :- Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. He submits that he has purchased a plot in the year 2003 under the registered sale-deed. Subsequently, it has been taken in possession for a road. Adjacent plots have already been utilised for the same purpose. Compensation has been paid to the other plot owners whose names were appearing in the revenue record, but since the petitioner'

s name was not appeared in the revenue record, nothing has been paid to him. He submits that he is in possession of the

(( 2 )) 909-WP-9201-2022 original sale-deed and would be satisfied if the respondents consider his request, particularly respondent No.2 to whom application has been submitted on 22.03.2021.

The learned AGP submits that appropriate decision would be taken on the representation of the petitioner. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's application submitted by him on 22.03.2021, which has also been acknowledged by his office, as early as possible and in any case within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.
