ORAL ORDER :

After arguing for some time, Mr. Bora, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the petition. Mr. Bora then submitted that, as per communication dated 14.3.2019, the respondent Oil Corporation informed the petitioner that his candidature may get considered for selection along with three applicants as per guidelines and the withdrawal of the petition may not adversely affect the petitioner for the said consideration.

Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as withdrawn. We further make it clear that, the respondent Oil corporation to consider the candidature of the petitioner for selection along with three applicants on its merits and as per guidelines, without being influenced by withdrawal of the present petition.
