Mr. Dhoble, the learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the College Tribunal. Mr. Mukhedkar, the learned counsel submits that as on date, the incumbent appointed as Presiding Officer of the College Tribunal has not joined.

The appointment of Presiding Officer of College Tribunal at Aurangabad is already made vide notification dated 11.6.2015. 3.

It is stated that this Court in writ petition No. 4849 of 2013 vide order dated 20.4.2015 had granted protection for two weeks from the date of decision, to enable the petitioner to avail an appropriate

wp6079.15 -2remedy. As the petitioner has alternate remedy before the College Tribunal, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The petitioner may file appeal before the College Tribunal. The interim protection granted by this Court in writ petition No. 4849 of 2013 vide order dated 20.4.2015 shall continue for a period of 10 days from today.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs 5.
