Learned AGP has raised the preliminary objection in terms of the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors. reported in 2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915 that the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy available of filing the second revision.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to exhaust the alternate efficacious remedy of filing the second revision.

Needless to say that the time spent in pursuing this writ petition shall be considered by the revisional authority, in the event if the petitioner herein exhausted the alternate remedy within six weeks from the date of this order. 4.
