The petitioner seeks permission to terminate the pregnancy. The petitioner was referred to the expert committee at Respondent No.2 - Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad. The expert committee examined the petitioner and submitted the report. Relevant paragraph of the report reads thus :- "12. Investigations done :

The expert committee has opined that there is substantial risk to the fetus if born and the committee recommends termination of pregnancy. 3.

In light of above, the petitioner is permitted to terminate the pregnancy at the government recognized center. Authenticated copy is allowed. Writ petition is disposed of.
