The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner although staying in an encroached land, the petitioner has applied for regularization in the year 2016 and that he has also deposited an amount of Rs.2100/- towards regularization. However, there is no order of regularization for the encroachment of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the petitioner continues to be in occupation of the encroached land. As such, no case is made out for interference. The petition is dismissed.
