wp5857-16 drp
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO.5857 OF 2016 Dadasaheb Annasaheb Supekar PETITIONER
VERSUS
The State of Maharashtra & others RESPONDENTS .......
Mr. V. S. Bedre, Advocate for the petitioner Mr. S. K. Tambe, AGP for respondent-State .......
[CORAM : SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.] DATE : 14 th JUNE, 2016 ORDER :
1.
In view of alternate remedy available, I am disinclined to go ahead with the writ petition. Writ petition, as such, is not being entertained and is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to resort to alternate remedy.
2.
In case of prosecution of alternate remedy, it is open for the petitioner to take up all contentions, including the one that the interim relief granted by the high court in earlier petition would not be an impediment in claiming relief under the application upon which the impugned order has been passed. 3.
Needless to refer to that the time consumed in prosecuting this writ petition would be considered appropriately. [SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.] drp/wp5857-16
