By this application applicant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent by the Sessions Court.

At the instance of informant Crime No. 386/2017 was registered with Nava Mondha Police Station, Parbhani, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 463, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The respondents preferred anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court which was granted by order dated 21.12.2017.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the applicant and learned advocate for respondents. 4.

During the hearing of present application it is transpired that charge sheet is already filed and the case is numbered as Regular Criminal Case No. 441/2020, in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Parbhani. Charge is framed and the evidence is being recorded. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application. The application is therefore dismissed.
