Since the Original Application No. 420/2016, filed by the present petitioner, is pending before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai, Bench at Aurangabad for its adjudication on merits, we are not inclined to hear this petition on merits. The learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has fixed the hearing in the aforesaid Original Application on 26th July, 2016. In that view of the matter, ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 7th June, 2016 to continue till 26th July, 2016.

We hope and expect that the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal will take up the Original Application No. 420/2016 for hearing on the next date fixed by it and decide the same on its own merits. It is needless to state that in case the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal would not be able to hear the said Original Application on the next date, it would be open for the petitioner to pray for continuation of the ad-interim relief granted by this Court, before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of on above terms.
