1. The learned counsel for husband on instruction submits that the husband is withdrawing the proceeding filed in the Court of Satara by him. In view of this circumstance, the present proceeding is disposed of.

2. If the husband has not withdrawn that proceeding, there will be liberty to the wife to come to this Court and in that case, it is to be treated that the proceeding is still stayed.
