P.C. :- 1] Upon perusal of this Petition and on its Annexures we are not in agreement with the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the facts and circumstances in this case are in anyway different than Writ Petition No.5182/2017.

2] Paragraph no.9 of this petition at internal page 8 reads as under :

( 2 ) wp7047-17 "9] The petitioners state and submit that identical grievance is raised before this Hon'ble Court by other establishment owners. The said Writ Petition is registered as Writ Petition No.5182 of 2017 and this Hon'ble Court by interim order dated 18/04/2017 had granted stay to the order of the Respondent No.3 dated 31/03/2017. Hereto annexed and marked as ANNEXURE D is the copy of the memo of Writ Petition No.5182 of 2017 along with the order passed on 18/04/2017."

2] Pertinently the petitioners in this petition relied very much on the Ad-interim order passed in Writ Petition No.5182/2017. Once we have dismissed that petition after lengthy hearing and with detail reasons even this Writ Petition does not survive and is dismissed. [MANGESH S. PATIL, J.] [S.C. DHARMADHIKARI, J.] umg/
