The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has received his due amount of Rs. 7,95,000/- (Rs. Seven Lakh and Ninety Five Thousand only) by a demand draft today. 2.

Both the learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the employee and the management submit that the consent terms have been settled between the parties and the employee and the representative of the management have signed the consent terms.

The said consent terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The learned Advocates jointly submit that no financial liability has been created on the state exchequer and this petition can be disposed off in accordance with the consent terms.

Considering the above, this petition stands disposed off as per the consent terms. It is made clear that there shall be no direct or indirect financial liability passed on to the state exchequer.

Since the parties have resolved the issue, the petitioner - employee thus withdraws his complaint lodged with Secretary, Department of VJNT, Mantralaya, State of Maharashtra and as such, the inspection notice dated 16/11/2018 issued by the said Secretary shall be recalled by the said authority. 7.

The learned AGP shall convey this order to the said Secretary for compliance.
