This application is moved to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased Vitthal Damodhar Gaikwad, who died on 09.05.2021. The application is supported by the death certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, Latur.

Mr. More, learned advocate appearing for the applicants would submit that the applicant Nos. 1A and 1B are the legal heirs of the deceased Vitthal Damodhar Gaikwad and they are interested to proceed with the appeal. He would submit that the

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Karlekar, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3.

Considering the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicants and the reasons as stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Amendment to be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days from today. The civil application is disposed of.
