This writ petition pertains to the disqualification on account of non-submission of the caste validity certificate within the time as stipulated by the authorities. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the issue involved in this writ petition is pending before the Supreme Court in S.L.P. No.2987429875/2016 and the Supreme Court has also granted interim relief. However, in the year 2016, itself the Collector has disqualified the petitioner and aggrieved by the same, petitioner has preferred an appeal which is aaa/-

WP 8099.2018.odt pending before the Commissioner.

In view of the same, if the learned Commissioner, Nashik is directed to dispose of the pending appeal, the purpose of filing writ petition would be satisfied. 4.

In view of the above, the learned Commissioner, Nashik is hereby directed to dispose of the pending appeal No.506/2017, as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today. All points kept open. Writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
