This Court has passed an order on 23 rd December, 2016, in this Contempt Petition, by which, an arrangement is arrived at between the parties and with regard to the visitation rights of the father vis-a-vis the son. Learned advocates for the husband and the wife jointly submit that the said arrangement set out in the order dated 23/12/2016, can be continued till the son Master Sharvindu completes eighteen years of age. They further, pray that the contempt petition can be disposed of. 2.

Considering the above, the arrangement set out in the order of this Court dated 23/12/2016, shall continue till Master

Sharvindu completes the age of majority i.e. eighteen years of age. Thereafter, it is for the litigating sides to work out the arrangements strictly in consultation with Master Sharvindu. 3.
