The petition is filed in the year 2016 challenging the notice calling upon petitioners to submit their say on an allegation that petitioners obtained project affected certificates by fraudulent means and also second notice calling upon petitioners to remain present before the enquiry committee constituted for verification of project affected certificate. 2.

On 23rd January, 2017, though the petition was circulated before this Court, none appeared for petitioners. Today also none appears for petitioners.
