Learned counsel for the parties are at ad idem to pass order similar to one passed by this Court on 04.12.2019 in Civil Application No.9396 of 2019 in First Appeal No.2566 of 2017. 3.

The applicants - original claimants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court; out of which 50% amount shall be paid to them on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount by furnishing solvent security. 4.
