This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed while granting the applicant bail way back in October 2021. 3.

Learned A.P.P. has strongly opposed for grant of relief. 4.

The applicant is a seventy five years old woman. The applicant and some of her family members although granted bail, there is condition not to enter the village. According to learned counsel for the applicant, because 1 / 2

48-APPLN-1938-22.odt of such condition she could not visit her land, house and livestock to take care thereof. The condition is, therefore, sought to be relaxed. 5.

For the reasons for which the relaxation has been sought for, the Court in in agreement therewith. Criminal application is, therefore, allowed. The condition "not to enter the village Dangewadi till conclusion of the trial", is hereby withdrawn to the extent of present applicant only. ( R.G. AVACHAT, J. ) SSD 2 / 2
