Heard Mr. Ostwal learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.Namde, learned APP for the State. 2.
Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that application of Applicant Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 6 is 1/3
already dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 05.06.2017. The learned counsel further submits that after dismissal of their application, they surrendered before the concerned criminal Court and they got regular bail.

I have perused the allegations against present applicant Nos. 4 and 5. On perusal of the contents of the first information report so also statements of witnesses, prima facie, it appears that no overt-act is attributed to the present applicant Nos. 4 and 5. In such circumstances, ad interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 05.06.2017 needs to be confirmed.

In the event of arrest of the applicant No.4 Anil Gangadhar Kolse and Applicant No.5- Eknath Rabhaji Kolse, in connection with Crime No. I-130/2017 registered with Rahuri Police Station District Ahmednagar, they shall be released on bail on their executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 15,000/- [Rs. Fifteen thousand only] each, with one solvent surety in the like amount.

Applicant Nos. 4 and 5 shall attend Rahuri Police Station District Ahmednagar once in a month i.e. 2/3
on Monday between 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.
