The learned APP submits that by order dated 04.02.2020, in Bail Application No.1450 of 2019, this Court (Coram : Mangesh S. Patil, J.) has rejected the application of the present applicant seeking bail on merits. There is no change in circumstance.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the alternatively the applicant is seeking the temporary bail on some grounds in terms of the guidelines issued by the High Power committee. The learned counsel further accepts that the applicant has not approached the Trial Court seeking

The learned counsel thus, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to the applicant to file an application for temporary bail before the court below. 4.

Leave granted.

Application is disposed off as withdrawn. The applicant is always at liberty to file an application for temporary bail in terms of the guidelines issued by the High Power Committee, if so desire.
