Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in connected matters, the applicants in those matters are allowed to withdraw deposited amount, hence requested to allow the application.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 and learned A.G.P fairly submitted that in connected matters the applicants

Considering the submissions of all learned counsel, the applicants in connected matters are allowed to withdraw the deposited amount , hence this Court cannot take the diferent view, accordingly I pass the following order.

ORDER

(I) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants shall furnish usual undertaking with the Registrar ( Judicial) of this Court to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body.

(iii) The applicants are further permitted to withdraw 75% of deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety/security/ bank guarantee of any Nationalized Bank/ Scheduled Bank in the like amount.

(iv) The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. ( S.G. DIGE,) JUDGE ysk
