DATE : 07/10/2016 PER COURT :- Pursuant to order dated 25/8/2016, Police Inspector, Police Station, Jamkhed submitted report that the appellant Kantilal Bhagwan Kale is no more alive. He was murdered in the year 2006. The report in respect of murder was lodged by Rajkumar Bhagwan Kale the brother of the appellant-accused. Pursuant to the report, FIR was registered as Cr.No.44/2006 on 18/5/2006 under Section 302 of IPC read with Section 37(1) and 135 of Bombay Police Act relating to causing of murder of Kantilal Bhagwan Kale by unknown person in the night of 17/5/2006 at Tapneshwargalli, Tq. Jamkhed, Dist.Ahmednagar. The report is supported with copy of FIR and death certificate. The report is accepted and marked as Exh."A" collectively for the purpose of identification. In view of the report
