Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally with consent of learned counsel for the parties.

6856.2017WP.odt 2.

Heard learned counsel for sometime. Learned counsel for petitioners resiles to situation wherein instead dealing with the merits, it would be expedient that the trial court would go ahead with the suit expeditiously. 3.

In the circumstances, having regard to nature of the dispute, it appears to be expedient to direct the court to carry forward the proceedings of suit expeditiously and dispose of the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

4.

This order does not decide rights of the parties, nor any comments are made on the merits of the suit. 5.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
