revn125-17.odt 06.05.2017 in criminal Appeal No. 29/2010 is hereby suspended till disposal of the criminal revision application.

Meanwhile, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

Criminal application No.2504/2017 stands disposed of.
