We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned Addl. G.P. and Mr. Thombre, learned advocate for respondent No. 2.

Mr. Thombre, learned advocate for respondent No. 2 submits that the petitioner has remedy before the Grievance Committee. On instructions, he further submits that the Grievance Committee is constituted and is functioning. 3.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.
