The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.113 of 2024 registered with Ramtirth Police Station, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The subsequent developments in the case after lodging the report as brought to the notice of this Court were that the victim got married to the applicant and she is not ready to state against him and even not ready to go for medical examination. She has attained the majority. In this peculiar fact, the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

972-ba-938-2024.odt (2) (ii) Applicant, Gangadhar Waghji Waghmare, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the condition that; (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
