1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the order of this Court the applicant has deposited the entire compensation amount before this Court. This Court has allowed to withdraw the amount to the respondents but the respondents yet not withdrawn that amount, as the applicant has deposited the entire amount, hence, ad-interim relief be continued till the final disposal of this Appeal.

3] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the applicant has deposited the entire compensation amount as per order of this Court, hence, the
