This is an application seeking permission to purchase spare parts with regard to surgical equipments and parts of other machineries.

We have heard Mr. Nagarkar, learned counsel for the original petitioner, who has verified the same and does not have any objection to allow the present application.

We feel that the spare parts would be necessary for the said equipments. In the light of that, we allow the civil application in terms
