Vide the present civil application, the applicant seeks permission to purchase various surgical machineries for its hospital in various departments, such as Adult ventilator, ICU, OT, ENT, Cardiac etc. As the said machines are required in the hospital to upgrade the hospital with various facilities, we permit the applicant to spend the sum, as detailed in prayer clause "B".

The applicant shall purchase the said machineries by inviting offers by advertisement and E-tendering process except adult ventilator machine, which is to be purchased by buyback basis. Civil application is disposed of. No costs.
