Learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 submits on instructions from Mr.Nitin Pandurang Patankar, Assistant Commissioner, Labour, Ahmednagar, who is present in the Court that the certificate dated 15/03/2017 is being withdrawn. An affidavit dated 03/07/2018 placed on record states that the said certificate is being withdrawn.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners, therefore, submit that this petition is rendered infructuous as the cause of action does not survive and can be disposed of.
