Mr Girase, learned Government Pleader, on instructions submits that the appeal filed by the petitioners, directed to be decided as per orders of this Court is traced out and the said appeal shall be decided by the Sub Divisional Officer, Kannad within fifteen (15) days from the date, the petitioners appear before the Sub Divisional Officer.

The petitioners shall appear before the Sub Divisional Officer, Kannad on 5th September 2019. Depending upon the judgment delivered by the Sub Divisional Officer, the respondents may take further process.
