Learned counsel for the parties are at ad idem to pass order similar to one passed by this Court on 27.11.2019 in Civil Application No.9702 of 2019.

After going through the impugned award, in my considered view, the applicant deserves to be paid 75% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court on usual terms and conditions. 4.

The Civil Application is allowed. The applicant is allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court; out of which
