Heard the respective learned counsels for the parties. 2.

They have stated that the main appeal before the Appellate Authority has been heard finally and reserved for judgment. However, due to stay granted by this Court, the Appellate Court may have difficulty in pronouncing the judgment. This writ petition was against the order refusing stay. Since the main appeal has been heard finally and closed for judgment, this writ petition may be disposed of by continuing the stay till the decision of the main appeal. 3.

There appears substance in the submissions of the learned counsels for the parties, hence the following order :
