The learned Advocates for the respective sides jointly tendered a compromise document dated 17/06/2019 duly signed by the litigating parties and identified by their respective advocates.

The original copy of the compromise terms along with verification (11 pages) are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

Both the learned Advocates submit that the litigating sides are present before the Court and they identify the said signatories to the compromise terms.

Considering the above, both these petitions are disposed off in terms of the compromise document at Exhibit 'X'. The said compromise terms document Exhibit 'X' would constitute a part of this order and the parties would be at liberty to seek certified copies of this order which would be accompanied by the compromise terms Exhibit 'X'.

Pending Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed off.
