These are applications for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been

arrested in connection with Crime No.0108/2019, registered at Shirur Anantpal Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act. 3.
The learned A.P.P., on instructions, informs that, the total amount involved in the crime was Rs.29,00,000/- (Rupees twenty nine lakhs). Amount of Rs.11,74,000/- has been recovered. There are in all 11 accused persons. As such, liability of each of them, if apportioned, would come to not more than Rs.2,00,000/- per accused. The applicants herein are ready to deposit amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each. 4.
Two of the applicants herein have been behind the bars since December 2019 while others are behind the bars since February/ March 2022.

On investigation, charge sheet has been filed. Necessarily it will take time for commencement and conclusion of the trial. The applicants have come around to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) each. 6.
In view of the above, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicants on condition of their depositing a sum of

Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) each. Hence the order :
O R D E R
(i) On condition of each of the applicant depositing amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) each before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today, the applicant/s be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0108/2019, registered at Shirur Anantpal Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act on each of them executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount. It is made clear that deposit of amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) each is condition precedent for release of each of the applicant/s on bail.
(ii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
(iii) The Bail Applications are disposed of.
