Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.129 of 2024 registered with Mhasawad Police Station, District Nandurbar for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 370, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the papers. A statement has been made by the learned APP that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. However, the present applicant has tried to flee away from the police custody. On that ground, bail has been refused to him. A crime for that act has also been registered against him. A care may be taken for his act. Nothing is to be recovered from him. Hence, the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Jalsing Premdas More, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall attend the trial on each and every date.

(c) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigation officer till filing the charge sheet.
