Considering the orders dated 30.05.2019, the petitioners have remedy of appeal before the Commissioner. The other prayers would be consequential and depend upon the orders passed under the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964. 2.

In the light of above, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy before the Commissioner. No costs.
