1] This appeal is placed before us in today'

s National Lok Adalat.

2] Mr.V.B.Virdhe, learned AGP for the appellant - State, Mrs.Manjusha Migkar, Additional Collector, representative of Collector Office, Beed, Mrs.Namrata Chate, Sub Divisional Officer, representative of collector office, Beed and Mr.D.R.Jayabhar, learned counsel for the respondent are present.

3] Learned AGP submits that as per the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/ Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and Government Resolution dated 13th August, 2018, the State Government is withdrawing this Appeal. Learned AGP further submits that

2474.09FA if the amount is not deposited, the State will deposit the same in Reference Court within 8 months.

4] Statement of the learned AGP is accepted.

5] First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

6] If the amount is deposited, the same be disbursed to the claimants.

7] Court fees be refunded as per Rules.
