2] Learned AGP for the State submits that the State Government has formulated new policy by Government Resolution dt. 28th August, 2015 for sanctioning additional divisions. Vide the said resolution, the Government has taken a decision to ask the concerned institution whose proposals are pending for additional divisions, to submit fresh proposals. 3] In that view of the matter, leaving open the remedy to the petitioner to file the proposal in the light of Government Resolution dated 28th August, 2015 issued by the School Education and Sports Department, this petition is disposed of.
