Cri.Appln_2722_2024 In the order dated 07.03.2025, in paragraph No.1 at line No.3 as well as in second clause of operative part inadvertently "Sessions Case No.24/2023" is typed instead of "Sessions Case No.67/2023". Therefore, the words appearing as - "Sessions Case No.24/2023" in paragraph No.1 at line No.3 as well as in second clause of operative part of order dated 07.03.2025 be substituted as - "Sessions Case No.67/2023". As such necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 07.03.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.2722 of 2024 with Criminal Application No.2260 of 2024.
